Fantastic communication throughout our wedding preparation, including the taste testing day at the start. Extremely professional throughout 5-7 chefs on the day of our wedding, preparing 8 dishes per table for 270 people, most importantly everyone loved the food with the flavours and the seasoning buzzing!
